When booking a pet sitter or dog walker with The Pet Nannies of TX llc we will collect some basic information from you: what city you are in, how many furbabies you have, what type (dogs, cats, chickens, fish, donkeys, bunnies, birds etc), what dates you are needing a pet sitter and how many visits a day. Once we have your information we reach out to our team of pet sitters and see who has availability for the dates requested.
We require a Meet and Greet before the 1st date of service with any new client or pet sitter. During this meeting you can go over specific care instructions, how to enter and leave the home, and any other things you would like your pet sitter to take care of such as: bringing in mail, watering plants. putting trash by curb etc.
During each visit the pet sitter will text you pictures or short video and update you on how your pets are doing. The pet sitter will take care of the tasks at hand, while also playing with and loving on your pets.
